The Ocean City Spring Trade Expo, now in its 51st year, is scheduled for March 2 and 3, 2025, at the Ocean City Convention Center. This event is one of the largest hospitality gatherings in the Mid-Atlantic region, bringing together over 5,000 attendees and more than 300 exhibiting companies occupying 440+ booth spaces.

- 1:00 PM: Session on Hotel Market Trends & Forecasts (CAS Hotels / Advisors).
- 4:30 PM: After Expo Gathering at Buxy’s Salty Dog/Dry Dock 28 (28th Street).
