The 2nd Annual Ocean City Seafood Festival returns to Northside Park on Saturday, August 29, bringing together local restaurants, fresh seafood, live entertainment, drinks and plenty of coastal fun for one delicious day by the bay.

Running from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., the festival is a celebration of everything that makes Maryland seafood so special and there’s something on the menu for everyone.

More than 20 local restaurants and food trucks will be serving up signature dishes throughout the festival. The countdown is on! The White Marlin Open is almost here, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back to The Wedge for another unforgettable Watch Party. Whether you’re a longtime tournament fan or experiencing the excitement for the first time, we’ve got an early morning full of live broadcasts, giveaways, games, and plenty of fun before the boats head out.

Here’s everything you need to know before you join us.

Start Your Morning Early

Ocean 98 will be broadcasting LIVE beginning at 4:00 a.m. You’ll find them in the same location as previous years, outside along the rail near the indoor bar window. Stop by to catch the live show, hear exclusive tournament coverage, and enjoy the electric atmosphere as the fleet prepares to leave the inlet.

Coffee, Drinks & Morning Snacks

While the restaurant won’t be serving breakfast, we’ve got a few morning treats to help kick off the day.

  • Complimentary donuts will be available courtesy of Quikees.
  • Touch of Italy will be providing fresh pizzas for guests.
  • The outdoor bar will be open serving coffee, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Sierra will be behind the bar helping everyone stay refreshed throughout the morning.

Please note that the restaurant kitchen will not begin regular food or beverage service until 11:30 a.m.

Best Wings on the Shore Competition

Looking for the best wings at the beach? Local radio station, Ocean 98, with presenting sponsors Mountaire Farms and Seacrets Jamaica USA, will host the 12th Annual Best Wings on the Shore on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from Noon–3 PM, inside Morley Hall at Seacrets. Proceeds from the event benefit the Ocean 98 Cash for College Fund.

For a $20 entry fee at the door, attendees receive a judge’s ballot and enjoy unlimited wing tastings from some of the region’s best restaurants. Awards will be given for Best Overall, Most Creative, and Hottest Wings.

This year’s competition features 19 top local restaurants, including:

Live entertainment will be provided by local favorites Hot Sauce Band.

Mountaire Farms returns as presenting sponsor and will generously supply fresh wings to every competing restaurant, while Seacrets Jamaica USA now serves as the event’s permanent home, hosting the competition annually in Morley Hall.

This event is 21 and over.

The Ocean 98 Cash for College Fund awards $5,000 annually to an outstanding high school student from Worcester, Wicomico, or Sussex County.
